INTERNSHIP

  • Three-Month Unpaid Internship: *a minimum KRA/KPI score of 70% is necessary to progress to the next career level
  • Three-Month Paid Internship offering up to ₹15,000 per month: Achieving a minimum of 80% in KRA/KPI is essential for progression to the next career level.

PROBATION

  • Probation Period of Six Months: Compensation based on performance totalling up to 30,000 per month, consisting of a fixed amount of 15,000 and an additional 15,000 based on KRA-KPI achievements.

*To progress to the next career level, achieving 100% of the kra-kpi is the minimum requirement.

PERMANENT

  • Permanent: Growth opportunity as permanent with fixed inr 30,000 per month.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Financial Business Analyst to assist in the implementation of financial ERP systems across our organization. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the successful deployment of ERP solutions that enhance our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the analysis of current financial processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement through ERP implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to financial operations.
  • Support the design, testing, and deployment of financial ERP modules, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Participate in data migration activities, ensuring accurate transfer of financial data to the new ERP system.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of the new system.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to business requirements, processes, and system functionalities.
  • Monitor project progress and report on key milestones, risks, and issues to project stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to financial ERP systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with financial processes and concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Experience or coursework related to ERP systems is a must; knowledge of specific ERP implementation of (e.g., SAP, Odoo, IFS, Oracle, NetSuite) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
