INTERNSHIP

  • Three-Month Unpaid Internship: *a minimum KRA/KPI score of 70% is necessary to progress to the next career level
  • Three-Month Paid Internship offering up to ₹15,000 per month: Achieving a minimum of 80% in KRA/KPI is essential for progression to the next career level.

PROBATION

  • Probation Period of Six Months: Compensation based on performance totalling up to 30,000 per month, consisting of a fixed amount of 15,000 and an additional 15,000 based on KRA-KPI achievements.

*To progress to the next career level, achieving 100% of the kra-kpi is the minimum requirement.

PERMANENT

  • Permanent: Growth opportunity as permanent with fixed inr 30,000 per month.

Job Description:

As an Online Reputation Analyst, you will be responsible for safeguarding and enhancing our brand's online presence. Your primary duties will include monitoring brand mentions across various platforms, analyzing sentiment, and implementing strategies to protect and improve our reputation. You will collaborate with public relations teams to execute campaigns, manage relationships with media and influencers, and respond to online reviews and comments.

In addition to monitoring and analysis, you will address potential issues proactively, develop crisis management plans, and create content that positively represents our brand. You will report on reputation metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance our brand perception in the digital landscape.

Task:

  • Monitor and manage brand reputation on social media, review sites, and forums.
  • Develop and implement strategies for online reputation enhancement.
  • Respond to reviews and comments professionally and promptly.
  • Conduct regular sentiment analysis and brand audits.
  • Prepare reports on reputation performance and improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate with PR teams for effective communication and outreach.
  • Create crisis management plans and proactive engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Online Reputation Management:
    • Monitor and manage the brand's online presence across various platforms, including social media, review sites, and forums.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve and maintain the brand's online reputation.
    • Protect the brand from negative publicity by actively managing crises and implementing damage control measures.
  2. Public Relations Activities:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute PR campaigns that align with brand objectives.
    • Build and maintain relationships with media representatives, influencers, and key stakeholders.
    • Draft press releases, articles, and other PR materials to promote brand initiatives and respond to crises.
  3. Brand Monitoring:
    • Utilize monitoring tools to track brand mentions, sentiment analysis, and industry trends.
    • Conduct regular audits of online content to identify potential reputation risks.
    • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improving brand perception.
  4. Analysis and Reporting:
    • Generate regular reports on brand performance, reputation metrics, and the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
    • Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in the brand's reputation compared to industry peers.
  5. Fixing and Protecting:
    • Address and resolve negative reviews, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Implement proactive measures to safeguard the brand’s reputation, including content creation and community engagement.
    • Develop and oversee crisis management plans to mitigate reputational risks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in online reputation management or public relations.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with monitoring tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Must have a ORM certification
