INTERNSHIP

• Three-Month Unpaid Internship: *a minimum KRA/KPI score of 70% is necessary to progress to the next career level
  

• Three-Month Paid Internship offering up to ₹15,000 per month: Achieving a minimum of 80% in KRA/KPI is essential for progression to the next career level.

PROBATION

• Probation Period of Six Months: Compensation based on performance totalling up to 35,000 per month, consisting of a fixed amount of 20,000 and an additional 15,000 based on KRA-KPI achievements.
  

*To progress to the next career level, achieving 100% of the kra-kpi is the minimum requirement.

PERMANENT

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Entry-Level Revenue Data Analyst to join our growing team. This position is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to apply their analytical skills and contribute to our revenue growth and customer acquisition efforts. You will assist in analyzing data, creating reports, and supporting various teams in making data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing revenue and customer data.
• Support the development of reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with team members to identify trends and insights related to revenue growth and customer acquisition.
• Participate in market research to understand customer needs and competitive positioning.
• Help evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and customer acquisition strategies.
• Contribute to presentations and reports for management and stakeholders.
• Learn and utilize data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Assist in the identification of process improvements to streamline data collection and analysis.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for data analysis.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) is a plus;
• Trained professionals with previous working exposure in the field of revenue data analysis.
• Certified Revenue Management Analyst from recognised institute
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
