INTERNSHIP

  • Three-Month Unpaid Internship: *a minimum KRA/KPI score of 70% is necessary to progress to the next career level
  • Three-Month Paid Internship offering up to ₹15,000 per month: Achieving a minimum of 80% in KRA/KPI is essential for progression to the next career level.

PROBATION

  • Probation Period of Six Months: Compensation based on performance totalling up to 30,000 per month, consisting of a fixed amount of 15,000 and an additional 15,000 based on KRA-KPI achievements.

*To progress to the next career level, achieving 100% of the kra-kpi is the minimum requirement.

PERMANENT

  • Permanent: Growth opportunity as permanent with fixed inr 30,000 per month.

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition & Talent Management Specialist to join our HR team. This dual role focuses on attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent while also supporting talent management initiatives that foster employee development and engagement. You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues to implement effective recruitment strategies and enhance the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions that reflect the requirements of each role.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of an applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies.

Talent Management:

  • Support the development and implementation of talent management programs that promote employee engagement, performance, and career development.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to create and maintain succession planning initiatives that identify and develop high-potential employees.
  • Assist in the design and delivery of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Participate in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Gather employee feedback and insights to inform talent management strategies and improve the overall employee experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and talent management.
  • In a nutshell analyse and manage recruit to retire entire process

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is preferred; experience in talent management is a plus.
  • Recruit to retire entire process.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and employees at all levels.
  • Talent management and analyst certified with working experience
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for helping others develop their careers.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is beneficial.
