The Fractional Chief Business Officer (CBO) will provide strategic leadership and business development expertise to HRBOTICS clients on a part-time basis, driving growth initiatives and optimizing business operations. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Development:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to drive growth.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
- Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Analyze current business operations and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure cohesive execution of business strategies.
- Financial Oversight:
- Assist in financial planning and analysis, ensuring that business initiatives are aligned with budgetary goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.
- Performance Monitoring:

Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in business development or strategic leadership roles, preferably in a fractional capacity.
