Job Overview

The Fractional Chief Business Officer (CBO) will provide strategic leadership and business development expertise to HRBOTICS clients on a part-time basis, driving growth initiatives and optimizing business operations. Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Business Development:
    • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to drive growth.
  2. Market Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
  3. Sales Strategy:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
  4. Operational Efficiency:
    • Analyze current business operations and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Cross-Functional Leadership:
    • Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure cohesive execution of business strategies.
  6. Financial Oversight:
    • Assist in financial planning and analysis, ensuring that business initiatives are aligned with budgetary goals.
  7. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.
  8. Performance Monitoring:
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business initiatives and report on outcomes.
  9. Change Management:
    • Support the organization through change initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and employee buy-in.
  10. Representation:
    • Act as a representative of the company in industry forums, conferences, and meetings.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 10+ years of experience in business development or strategic leadership roles, preferably in a fractional capacity.
    • Proven track record in driving growth and operational improvements in dynamic environments.
  • Skills:
