Key Responsibilities
- Financial Strategy Development:
- Create and implement comprehensive financial strategies that align with the organization’s overall business objectives.
- Budget Management:
- Oversee the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and efficient resource allocation.
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports to the CEO, Board, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure the organization meets its financial obligations.
- Risk Management:
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks and protect organizational assets.
- Investment Oversight:
- Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations to optimize returns and support growth.
- Team Leadership:
- Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate financial strategies and performance to stakeholders effectively.

- KPI Achievement: Ensure established KPIs for financial performance are met or exceeded on a regular basis.
- Stakeholder Satisfaction: Gauge engagement and satisfaction levels from stakeholders regarding financial communications and reporting.
- Risk Mitigation: Measure the effectiveness of risk management strategies in protecting the organization’s assets.
- Investment Returns: Evaluate the performance of investments against established benchmarks.
- Team Development: Assess improvements in team performance and knowledge through training and development initiatives.
- Audit Compliance: Monitor compliance with financial regulations and assess any compliance breaches.

Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in a fractional capacity.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful financial strategies.
