The Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will provide strategic leadership and expertise in marketing on a part-time basis, helping to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy Development:
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Brand Management:
- Oversee brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Digital Marketing Leadership:
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Customer Engagement:
- Develop strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty through targeted campaigns and initiatives.
- Performance Metrics:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and report on outcomes.
- Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, product, and finance teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing initiatives.
- Budget Management:
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with strategic priorities.

- Market Positioning: Monitor changes in market positioning and share as a result of marketing strategies.
- Customer Retention Rate: Measure improvements in customer retention and loyalty following marketing initiatives.
- Budget Adherence: Monitor marketing budget performance and ensure alignment with strategic initiatives.
- Team Performance: Assess improvements in marketing team performance and engagement levels.

Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in a fractional capacity.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
