Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision:
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors to define and refine the company's vision, mission, and long-term goals.
- Operational Oversight:
- Provide guidance on day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and efficient resource utilization.
- Leadership Development:
- Mentor and develop senior management teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Market Analysis:
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Financial Stewardship:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring the organization meets its financial goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, and partners.
- Crisis Management:
- Provide strategic leadership during challenging times, helping the organization navigate crises and implement recovery plans.
- Change Management:

- Performance Monitoring:

- Representation:

- Financial Performance: Monitor financial metrics against budget goals, aiming for specific profitability or revenue targets.
- Stakeholder Satisfaction: Measure engagement levels and satisfaction from key stakeholders through surveys and feedback.
- Crisis Response Effectiveness: Evaluate the organization’s ability to respond to crises, measured by recovery timelines and stakeholder confidence.

Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience:
- 10+ years of executive leadership experience, preferably in a fractional or part-time capacity.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, operational management, and team development.
