INTERNSHIP

  • Three-Month Unpaid Internship: *a minimum KRA/KPI score of 70% is necessary to progress to the next career level
  • Three-Month Paid Internship offering up to ₹15,000 per month: Achieving a minimum of 80% in KRA/KPI is essential for progression to the next career level.

PROBATION

  • Probation Period of Six Months: Compensation based on performance totalling up to 30,000 per month, consisting of a fixed amount of 15,000 and an additional 15,000 based on KRA-KPI achievements.

*To progress to the next career level, achieving 100% of the kra-kpi is the minimum requirement.

PERMANENT

  • Permanent: Growth opportunity as permanent with fixed inr 30,000 per month.

Job Description: As an Investment Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing investment opportunities, including startups, and providing strategic recommendations to clients. You will also advise startups on fundraising strategies to help them secure the capital they need for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Investment Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough research and analysis of investment opportunities, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, alternative assets, and startups.
    • Evaluate financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators to assess potential investments.
  2. Startup Investment Analysis:
    • Analyze early-stage companies, focusing on business models, market potential, competitive landscape, and financial projections.
    • Assess risks and opportunities associated with startup investments and provide recommendations to clients.
  3. Fundraising Advisory:
    • Advise startups on strategies for raising capital, including identifying potential investors, preparing pitch materials, and developing financial models.
    • Assist in crafting compelling narratives and presentations to attract investors and secure funding.
  4. Advisory Responsibilities:
    • Develop and present investment strategies tailored to clients’ financial objectives and risk tolerance.
    • Provide ongoing portfolio management and performance monitoring for both corporate and personal funds.
  5. Client Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication regarding investment performance and market developments.
    • Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss portfolio performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
  6. Market Research:
    • Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact investment strategies, particularly in the startup ecosystem.
    • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  7. Risk Management:
    • Identify and assess risks associated with investment strategies and make recommendations for mitigating potential issues.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  8. Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement investment strategies that align with client objectives.
    • Support senior analysts and advisors in research and analysis for complex investment opportunities, including startups.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Investment Analyst or in a similar advisory role, preferably with corporate, personal, and startup investments.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with investment management software and tools.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) is a plus.
  • Certified investment analyst
