INTERNSHIP

  • Three-Month Unpaid Internship: *a minimum KRA/KPI score of 70% is necessary to progress to the next career level
  • Three-Month Paid Internship offering up to ₹15,000 per month: Achieving a minimum of 80% in KRA/KPI is essential for progression to the next career level.

PROBATION

  • Probation Period of Six Months: Compensation based on performance totalling up to 30,000 per month, consisting of a fixed amount of 15,000 and an additional 15,000 based on KRA-KPI achievements.

*To progress to the next career level, achieving 100% of the kra-kpi is the minimum requirement.

PERMANENT

  • Permanent: Growth opportunity as permanent with fixed inr 30,000 per month.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining our websites and web applications, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional. You will collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications using modern web technologies.
  • Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional web pages.
  • Write clean, maintainable code in languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
  • Implement best practices for web development, including SEO optimization and accessibility standards.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal site performance.
  • Work with back-end developers to integrate APIs and databases into front-end applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends to enhance web development practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in web development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Certification and trained professional is a must
  • Familiarity with back-end languages (e.g., PHP, Python, Node.js) and databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) is a plus.
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and development workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
